VIARIS SOLAR is the only system on the market that has 3 operating modes:
SOLAR: Charging with 100% solar power, no consumption from the GRID.
HYBRID: Prioritises charging with solar power and, if this is not enough, it adds minimum grid current. We ensure charging and avoid unnecessary disconnections.
SOLAR/GRID: EV is charged with the sum of the maximum selected grid power and the available solar power, achieving maximum charging speed.
Comprehensive monitoring is available via the e-VIARIS App for solar management, enabling simpler and more seamless use and programming of the VIARIS SOLAR system, even remotely. At a single glance, it displays total GRID consumption and export, SOLAR generation, and home and car consumption.
Additionally, you can achieve greater energy savings by taking advantage of off-peak power rates. VIARIS SOLAR allows time programming of up to 6 slots from Monday to Friday and another 6 slots on the weekend, with the option to schedule different MODES in different time slots.
For example:
SOLAR – 10.00am to 10.00pm. We make sure not to consume from GRID.
HYBRID – 8am to 10am and 10pm to 12am. We ensure minimum network consumption.
SOLAR/GRID – 12.00am to 8.00am. We consume available power.
VIARIS SOLAR is easy to install. There’s no need to replace an already installed charging station (VIARIS UNI or VIARIS COMBI +). Just connect the VIARIS SOLAR METER between the utility meter and the charging station and, in turn, install the small solar accessory above the VIARIS charging station.
